Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting and closure of technical debts in existing platform of the e-actuator for turbocharger applications
  • Leading extension of platform variant frame with robust handover to customer project team (on spec, on time, on budget, on costs)
  • Working in international environment with stakeholders from Europe and US (incl. UAES)
  • Cooperation w/ other functions (production, purchasing, sales, customer project management, etc.)
  • Technical interface to the customers on platform relevant activities

Profile:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Innovative, pro-active and result oriented person with a high level of technical thinking and judgment
  • Team player, assertiveness, open-minded, effective decision maker
  • Ability to build consensus among key stakeholders that are not under your management control
  • High level of motivation and work ethic with an emphasis on practical, hands-on work
  • Practical experience in project management (advantage)
  • Fluent in English (German advantage)
