Your daily tasks will be:

  • First contact for end users in department
  • Local information hub between BBM network and department
  • 1st level - initial support for end user problems
  • 2nd level – raise end user problems on behalf of end user
  • Information sharing and coordination of proces trainings to end users
  • Local resource management for activities or projects
  • Initiate or promote sustainable local process improvements
  • Coordination of Problem Solving (PS) Strategy/Methods implementation
  • Responsibility for implementation/application of PS standards
  • To support actively the complaint process
  • Tracking of all Key Process Indicators
  • Creation of management reviews as follow-up of PS projects status

Your ideal profile…

  • Secondary/UNI education (electro/mechanical/computer engineering)
  • Previous experience in similar position/field
  • Experience in specific application of PS methods&tools (Shainin, Six Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe, Ishikawa Diagram, 5xWhy, DRBFM)
  • Deep knowledge in appliacation PS methods incl. 8D and Lessons Learned
  • English/German language skills (advanced level)
  • Customer oriented person with advanced communcation skills
  • Independence and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Quality mindset and technical background is advantage
